The Powder Tanker Trailer is a specialized vehicle for transporting dry bulk materials with particle diameters ≤0.1mm—including cement, fly ash, lime powder, ore powder, and granular alkali. Widely used in construction, power plants, and mining, it features a sealed tank design (prevents material leakage) and a loading capacity of 28–125 tons. Equipped with pneumatic discharge systems and pressure control valves, it ensures fast, clean, and efficient material transport.
• Multi-Compartment Tank Design: The tank can be divided into 2–3 compartments, allowing simultaneous transport of different materials (e.g., cement and lime powder) without cross-contamination—ideal for construction sites needing multiple materials.
• Pressure & Safety Control: Equipped with pressure relief valves and safety vents, the trailer maintains internal pressure at 0.2–0.4 MPa (safe for powder transport) and prevents overpressure accidents. The tank body uses Q235A steel sheets (5mm thick) for durability and corrosion resistance.
• Efficient Discharge: The pneumatic system (optional) enables fast unloading (1–2 tons per minute) without manual labor, while the smooth tank interior reduces material residue (≤1% per trip)—saving time and reducing waste.
• Construction Site Cement Supply: For large-scale construction projects (e.g., high-rise buildings, highways), the 125-ton model transports bulk cement directly to the site. The multi-compartment design can also carry fly ash (used in concrete mixing), eliminating the need for multiple trips.
• Power Plant Fly Ash Disposal: For power plants generating fly ash (a byproduct of coal combustion), the sealed tank prevents fly ash from scattering (reducing environmental pollution), while the pneumatic discharge system unloads ash into storage silos efficiently—complying with environmental regulations (e.g., EU ETS).
• Technical Optimization: Our team designs tank compartments based on material density (e.g., 1.3 tons/m³ for cement) and provides pneumatic system calibration to ensure optimal discharge speed. We also offer material compatibility tests (e.g., for corrosive ore powder).
• Customization & Maintenance: We customize tank volume (28–125 tons), add manhole covers (3–5 pcs, 500mm diameter for easy cleaning), and provide 24/7 technical support for pneumatic system issues. Post-sale, we offer 6-month free maintenance for valves and pumps.
